Most fabric sprays print "fragrance" and leave it there. That is legal and it is useless if you are trying to work out whether the thing in your hand actually removes odor or just covers it. So here is the whole list, in order, with a line on what each one is doing.
One thing stated up front: the names are public, the exact concentrations are not. The ratios are the part that took the longest to get right and they are the one piece of this that stays proprietary.

Eleven ingredients, in descending order of quantity. Four of them do the odor work and the other seven exist to make those four stable, sprayable and safe to keep in a pocket.

The four-layer logic is trap, neutralise, prevent, anti-regrowth. HPβCD captures the odor molecule that already exists; Zinc PCA deactivates it; triethyl citrate slows the next batch forming; zinc gluconate keeps the fibre from re-colonising between wears. What is deliberately left out, and why
Three ingredients that are common in this category are excluded on purpose. Each was tested and each caused a specific, reproducible problem.
Glycerine is a humectant — its job is to hold water. That is useful on skin and actively unhelpful on cloth. It leaves a faintly tacky patch that never fully dries, which then collects lint and dust. On a black shirt you can see it. Leaving glycerine out is a large part of why the formula dries clear.
Zinc ricinoleate is a legitimate odor active and it is used widely, but it is a castor-derived zinc soap and it behaves like a soap. In a fine-mist pocket spray it clogged the nozzle and left a visible white residue on dark fabric. Zinc PCA does the neutralising job without either problem.
Sodium bicarbonate is the ingredient everyone suggests, because baking soda deodorises a fridge. In a formula that already contains zinc salts it precipitates zinc carbonate — the two react, the liquid goes cloudy, and both ingredients stop doing their job. It is chemically incompatible with the rest of the formula, not merely unnecessary.
No glycerine. No zinc ricinoleate. No sodium bicarbonate. No dyes. No oils. If you see any of those on a competing fabric spray, that is the thing to weigh against the residue you will see on dark clothing.
pH, fabric safety and the skin boundary
The formula sits at pH 5.5–6.0 and it is a fabric product, not a skin product. Both of those matter for different reasons.
pH 5.5–6.0 is close to the natural pH of skin and well inside the range that is gentle on everyday textile dyes. That is part of why it dries clear on cotton, polyester and denim without shifting colour. It is not an aggressive formula.
It is still not for skin. ODORSTRIKE is not a deodorant, not an antiperspirant and not a body spray. Spray the garment, let it dry, wear it. What "up to 8 hours" means and what it does not
One application gives up to 8 hours of odor protection on fabric. The "up to" is not decoration.
Activity, heat and humidity all shorten the window. A desk day in air conditioning sits at the top of that range. A humid commute followed by a training session does not, and you would reapply. The claim describes a protection window on cloth under ordinary use, not a fixed guarantee and not a promise about your skin.
Two things it explicitly is not. It is not a wash replacement — a visibly dirty or heavily soaked garment needs laundering, and a synthetic with months of built-up residue needs a stripping wash. And it is not a health claim: zinc actives suppress odor-causing bacteria on the fabric, which is a statement about how the formula works on cloth, not a claim of any antibacterial benefit to you.
