Changed your mind? You can cancel any ODORSTRIKE order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Here's exactly how it works.
Because orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, cancel as soon as possible so we can catch your order before it ships. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Cancel before dispatch
- Cancellation is free — no fee, no questions asked.
- For prepaid (UPI) orders, we initiate a full refund within 24 hours. The amount reflects in your account in 5–7 business days depending on your bank (see our Refund Policy).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is nothing to refund — simply let us know and we'll stop the order.
How to cancel
Send us your order ID (format SMF-…) through any of these:

After dispatch
Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still refuse delivery, or accept it and return it within our 7-day return window — see the Returns Policy. For prepaid orders returned this way, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock or there was a pricing/listing error.
- A COD order cannot be verified because the customer is unreachable by phone.
- We suspect fraud or a delivery address that couldn't be serviced.
If we cancel a prepaid order for any of these reasons, you receive a full refund, including shipping.
Multiple-unit orders
If you ordered more than one bottle of ODORSTRIKE, you can cancel the whole order before dispatch. Once dispatched, individual units can be returned per the Returns Policy and refunded per the Refund Policy.
