Shipping Policy.

We ship ODORSTRIKE across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, or India Post depending on pincode serviceability).

Dispatch time

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). COD orders are dispatched after phone confirmation.

Delivery time

• Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote / North-East India: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges

• Free shipping across India — no minimum order
• COD available pan-India — no extra handling fee

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. We currently ship only within India — pan-India delivery, including tier 2/3 cities and the North-East. International shipping is not available at the moment; if that changes, we'll announce it on this page and on @smelloffindia.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 93929 74031 for order status.

Undeliverable orders

If a courier attempts delivery 2–3 times and the order cannot be delivered (incorrect address, recipient unreachable, or refused delivery), the package will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we'll refund after deducting shipping costs. For COD orders, no charges apply.

Damaged / lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt at [email protected] with your order ID and photos/video proof. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
