About Smelloff

Smelloff is a D2C men's grooming brand (sole proprietorship) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Registered address available on request via smelloffsupport@gmail.com. Our first product is ODORSTRIKE — a 50ml pocket-sized fabric odor eliminator.

Product use

• ODORSTRIKE is designed for fabric only. Do not spray on skin, eyes, or mouth
• Keep away from open flame and direct sunlight (contains alcohol)
• Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children
• Test on a small, hidden fabric area before first use on delicate materials (silk, wool, suede)
• Not recommended for dry-clean-only or leather items

Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Orders and payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (prepaid) or phone verification (COD)
• UPI payments are confirmed manually by our team — we do not store card or UPI details. Expect order confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your UTR (UPI transaction reference)
• COD orders may be cancelled by us if the customer cannot be reached for phone verification

How payment works

Smelloff accepts UPI (manual confirmation) and Cash on Delivery only. No automated payment gateway is used.

• UPI: Pay from any UPI app to our UPI ID. Send the payment screenshot and UTR to WhatsApp. Order is confirmed manually within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.
• COD: No advance payment required. Pay cash to the delivery agent. Our team may call to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Intellectual property

All content on smelloff.in — including logos, product names ("Smelloff", "ODORSTRIKE"), copy, imagery, brand colours, and typography — is the property of Smelloff. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Smelloff is not liable for fabric damage caused by misuse (spraying on dry-clean-only garments without testing, spraying on leather or suede, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

User accounts

You may optionally sign in with Google for faster checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
