About Smelloff
Smelloff is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand operated by sole proprietor Jogdhande Nikhil Patil, based in Sanathnagar, Erragadda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018, India. Our primary product is ODORSTRIKE — a 50ml pocket-sized fabric odor eliminator mist.
Product use
- ODORSTRIKE is designed for fabric only. Do not spray on skin, eyes, or mouth
- Keep away from open flame and direct sunlight (contains alcohol)
- Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children
- Test on a small, hidden fabric area before first use on delicate materials (silk, wool, suede)
- Not recommended for dry-clean-only or leather items
Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Orders and payments
- Orders are confirmed immediately upon successful online payment via Razorpay or after phone/address verification for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, CVV, or UPI PIN details
- COD orders may be cancelled by us if the customer cannot be reached for order verification or if delivery cannot be serviced
How payment works
Smelloff accepts Online Payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery.
- Online Payment: Instant confirmation via Razorpay Standard Checkout. Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- COD: No advance payment required. Pay cash to the delivery agent (₹89 handling fee applies). Our team may contact you to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Intellectual property
All content on smelloff.in — including logos, product names ("Smelloff", "ODORSTRIKE"), copy, imagery, brand colours, and typography — is the property of Smelloff. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Smelloff is not liable for fabric damage caused by misuse (spraying on dry-clean-only garments without testing, spraying on leather or suede, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Checkout
No account or sign-in is required to buy. Checkout is guest-based — you provide only the details needed to process and deliver your order (name, contact number, and shipping address). You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
