Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed for valid returns, cancellations, and failed payments. Below are the specific terms.

Eligibility for refund

• Product returned within 7-day return window (see Returns Policy)
• Order cancelled before dispatch
• Damaged or wrong product delivered
• Package lost in transit and not recoverable
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed (auto-refund within 5–7 days by payment gateway)

Refund timeline

• UPI / Cards / Netbanking: 5–7 business days after return is received and inspected
• COD orders: 5–7 business days via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) after we collect your account details
• Cancellations before dispatch: refund initiated within 24 hours

Refund amount

The full product amount is refunded. Shipping is free on all orders and there is no COD handling fee, so nothing is deducted on that count. Where shipping was charged on a prepaid order (rare), it is non-refundable except in cases of a damaged/wrong product or order cancellation before dispatch.

Partial refunds

ODORSTRIKE is sold as a single 50ml unit (₹229). If you ordered more than one bottle and return only some of them, a partial refund is processed for the returned units at their per-unit price. The units you keep are not affected.

How to track your refund

Once we initiate the refund, you'll receive a confirmation notification with the refund transaction reference ID. For bank/UPI refunds, the amount appears in your account based on your bank's processing SLA (usually 5–7 business days). Order cancellation

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a 100% full refund — see our Cancellation Policy. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled in transit but can be returned post-delivery as per our Returns Policy.
