Why Not Amazon (Yet)
This is a question I get a lot, so I'll answer honestly. Amazon takes roughly 26% of every D2C sale in India — referral fees, FBA, returns, advertising — by the time you're done, the marketplace has more of your margin than you do.
For a single-founder brand at launch, that margin matters. I'm reinvesting it into high-grade formula ingredients (HPβCD and Zinc PCA) and customer support.
Until any future expansion, smelloff.in is the only authorised seller. Anyone selling "ODORSTRIKE" on Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho before that announcement is not authentic stock — please report it to info@smelloff.in.
Returns & Refunds
- 7-day return window from delivery. Bottle must be at least 80% full and in original packaging.
- Refund route: to original UPI account within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Damaged or wrong item — full replacement or refund at our cost. Email a photo to info@smelloff.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Full returns policy on /returns. Refund-specific terms on /refund.
